E200 stopped vibrating

My E200 stopped vibrating, and sound volume seems a little lighter than before. It might be since it fell down last time, I don't know.

Any suggestions other than sending it to Orange?

Shake the phone, do you hear it rattling? If so, the weight from the motor has fallen off. If it's out of warranty you can fix it yourself by taking it apart and putting it back on.

Obviously, this would work if it has a motor... but I don't know if E200 has it?

Otherwise send it back to Orange if it's under warranty.
