Free Blutooth Management Software?

Hi,

I was wondering if anybody knew of a good Bluetooth Management software... like where you can transfer files to and from the phone?

I have a SPV C500 and have a Bluetooth dongle, however the software that came with it is only a trial version and has an upload/download limit of 5mb.
