Video help for SPV C500

Hi,

Someone very kindly answered my GPRS problem so I thought I'd post again and hope for the same result!!

I've uploaded a video to my SPV C500. It has the extension of .wmv but it won't play in Windows Media Player?? Is there a way to get it to play, does it have to have certain properties to it??

Or failing that is there another media player that people use that will play video files (.mpeg, .avi, etc...)???

You need to encode the wmv file to the correct format, resolution etc.

Most people use BetaPlayer so they can encode to Divx format (avi) which will give a far better quality picture and sound etc than media player.

In the Articles and FAQ sections of the site there are numerous guides that will walk you through what you need to do do to get the best movie experience out of your phone.
