Whooo - Few Q's

Recommended Posts

Just got my JAM - Damm there small.

Just busy setting it up and I have a few Questions:

1. How do you do a soft reset?

2. Is there any way to stop the JAM from vibrating / making noise when you send messages?

Thanks

Michael

To soft reset - jab the stylus into the hole on the bottom right of the Jam. If you want to hard reset - hold the power button and do the same with the stylus.

If you go to Start...Settings...Sounds & Notifications...Notifications, there are options there for each type of event. Find the ones for Messaging and MMS, and you can set whether they should play a sound, vibrate or flash the light.

Cheers for the soft reset info

I seen that about messaging but will that also stop it from vibrating / making anoise when I recieve one??

I only want to stop in for sending them?

Also - Anyone know of any good free apps to close all open applications or is there a way I can add the existing one onto the start menu??

I can already tell you going to get sick of me

I Love you

Thanks - Is there a topic will all this information in - I think it would be good to have a list of all software (Free and Payment) with a little description about the software

Or have I just not searched properly

Does VBar also close applications when you click on the X instead of just hiding them - I have noticed that calander and mail always close now rather than just hide in the backgroud - Pretty good for free :(
