Upgrade ImateSp1 from Win2002 to Win2003

Is there a way (software) which can upgrade my imate sp1 from Windows mobile 2002 to Windows mobile 2003

Please Help

There is no legal way to do this, but also your phone is not capable of running 2003 properly.

The only version around is an early beta but there is not enough memory on your phone to handle it properly.

please dont ask for infomation on illegal content. (do you really think the site admin is going to pm you with instructions to do somehting illegal)

the mpx200 has more ram than the canary / tanger did hence can handle it, although the leaked release of 2003 for mpx200 is not great!

The leak of 2003 for the canary is worse, and with the lack of memory you would have around 1mb free for use as memory for running programs, not really enough.

To install the rom you need special cables etc, and a great deal of knowledge about the phone and how roms work

In short if you have to ask its not worth it!

Id suggest buying a c500 or similar, its worth it. wm2003 se is MUCH better than wm2003, mainly due to lots of small tweaks

(before you ask there is not a wm2003 se leak for the canary)

O and ontop of all that its very difficult to find the rom image

No you don't just need a 64meg card, mmc reader and little bit of knowledge, that I know as I have done a few.

Not true found it in about half and hour on google , the only problem being it takes about 12 hours to download.

Anyway the upgrade it not worth it you lose so much space and half the programs I have would not run, have gone back to running the 1.6 on my one.
