How can I sync only one category to my PC?

I sync my c500 with Outlook on both work and home PCs.

On work Outlook I have all Calendar data, in either Business, Personal or no category.

I want to sync ONLY the Personal category to my home Outlook (for reasons I won't bore you with here i.e. trouble syncing work Outlook items which have participants from work global address book at home).

When I try to do this ActiveSync ignores the fact I've selected to only sync Persoanl category, and (tries to) sync the lot!

Any ideas how to overcome this?

I saw someone on here theorise that AS option is meant for use only with all data on PC and certain categories on phone only...

Not the same issue, but related, I was wondering if anyone knows how to edit the phonebook categories on the c500? Theres a couple (added by myself some time ago) that I'd like to remove.
