Problems streaming video's on SMT5600/C500

I am trying to stream MSNBC and CNBC off of this page within PIE: http://www.smartvideo.com/mobiledemo/cbv679df.html

I click on the CNBC or MSNBC links and a .asx file downloads then Windows Media opens. Within the screen it says "http://media.smartvideo.com/" "stopped"

I try to hit play and nothing happens. on the lower right hand corner, there is a % number, starts at 65% then keeps dropping to 40%.

Any ideas?

I don't have any problems streaming either feed.
