Grouping contacts & assoc. to profiles?

Hi,

Is it possible to "group" contacts into groups such as "friends" then associate a ringtone for them?

On the other hand create a group called "work" and make it vibrate only etc?

You can make caller groups but you need to do that in Outlook on the PC then sync your contacts to the phone.

As for caller groups ringtones I do not believe it is possible unless you assign each contact the ringtone one by one.

I must admit for a powerful smartphone this is a feature very much lacking. Even my old nokia 3210 *cough* had this feature!

Is there a feature "wish-list" for the c500 anywhere? Do you think this is something a application could do or is it beyond the scope of an app?
