Short cut to deleting mail?

Has anyone found a shortcut to deleting the mail from the inbox on the SPV.

I have 185 messages of spam, I dont get any spam into my outlook mail box, dont know why im picking it up off the server via the SPV.

Anyway its a pain in the ass haveing to go to menu, and scroll down to delete to remove a message i know i dont want.......ohh wants sex with me, hahah pehaps i do want em....lol

Unless you sync with outlook mail rather than directly collecting to POP3, you can't do much, as obviously the SPV doesn't support mail filters.
