C500 on o2 problems

Hi my girlfriend has a c500 which is unlocked to orange. My sda has the same mms settings, gprs bluetooth blah blah etc and works fine but hers is a different kettle :?: because the sda and c500 have different menu setups its hard form me to check her phone settings with mine as i cant find things.when she uses orange sim to do messages it works fine.

just a few questions to ask

1: has anyone on o2 with a c500 got mms and gprs to work consistently?

2: has any on any other unlocked network have have these same problems?

3: is there a known bug on the c500 for not sending by bluetooth?

4: I have a feeling that there is another mms setting that is locked on orange that stops the o2 settings from working could i be right???

if anyone has experienced the same problems please help a brother out. Id love to play one her phone for a whole day but not gonna happen and is a bit dissapointed with the c500 :cry:
