has anyone had any problems with getting the MDA compact to vibrate?

i've checked the sounds and notifications option and selected incoming call, ring and vibrate... but when i click the "play" button, i hear the ring tone but it doesnt vibrate. i've got exactly the same settings on my m2000 blueangel but it isnt working on this handset.

anyone got any ideas?

I have the same settings, and mine always vibrates for the things i have set (calls, sms, email, msn, reminders). You may have a faulty vibrator in the phone.

But, yeah, mine vibrates quite hapily when it's told to. You might want to get it checked out, phone up the place you got it from and see if they'll swap it.

Fine on mine. Anyone fine their vibrator is a little vigorous?

(anyone make comment on that and you're banned ;p)

If anything, I would like mine to vibrate a bit more. In my pocket through the original slipcase I can barely feel it. It can vibrate off a desk if it is too close to the edge though.
