Videos & MP3 Problems

Hi there

When I try to watch a Video or listen a MP3 file, I get the following error

message:

'rtsp:172.19.196.10/KlAxKjgxKlA3KlIqUDQqMCpQMioyOTg2' (or an other appropriate component/item) not found. Make sure, path and filename are correct and all necessary librarys are available.

Is somebody able to help me with this? Do I need do adjust some settings?

I have Orange Media Player on my SPV and also the Microsoft Media Player.

I've never heard of orange media player, maybe its causng some kind of conflict?
