i notice i can use the messing program while hooked up to my usb port, without having t-zones or nothing. i was wondering if i can use internet explorer in my phone with out having to have subscripsion to any internet phone stuff, just my computer and the computer internet connection and the usb cable, thanks

Yes you can, it's called Passthrough.

All you have to do is change the settings in Settings\Data Connections
