Profile Switching

my smt5600 used to be able to switch profiles...but after i use the speakerphone or use the headset, it gets stuck on that profile....and yes, even if i goto the profile screen and click reset to default..

the select button is greyed out and thats about it,,,,,,,,,,

any ideas?????

Sounds like it's going to be a Hard Reset time :D

if it was just stuck in headset profile then it may have been a hardware fault but as it's also doing it on speakerphone it looks more like a registry problem.
