hi, i just got my first smartphone mpx220, and i been reading alot but i need help to:

a.) unlock my app (decertification..i think) so i can install freeware

b.) upload rings times: i tried changing the and converting wave to 44,000hz and 16 bit mono...11,025hz at 16 bit mono..but my phone still cant pick up my ringtone when i put it my mydocu/storage/music

c.) lastly changing and editing scheme.
