Guest MitchellO Posted March 1, 2005 Report Posted March 1, 2005 How are you connected to the internet? You need either WiFi or GPRS to get internet access.

Guest MitchellO Posted March 2, 2005 Report Posted March 2, 2005 You need to make sure that internet passthrough is activated in activesync for it to work. Go options, rules and select "The Internet" for the passthrough to work. That is how i did it will my old ipaq 2210 that had only bluetooth (couldnt afford a wifi card at the time).
Guest mike-oh Posted March 2, 2005 Report Posted March 2, 2005 I find that occasionaly my active sync connection goes funny and will pseudo load some pages. The first signs of it going iffy are that it wont load the pictures, then it'l say page not found. Usually requires a disconnect from active sync then reconnect again.
Guest MitchellO Posted March 2, 2005 Report Posted March 2, 2005 I always found internet over activesync dodgy, it worked, but being about 3m from my laptop made it a bit silly. Only WiFi, or GPRS when out, is useful I have found for internet.
Guest mike-oh Posted March 3, 2005 Report Posted March 3, 2005 i can go pretty much anywhere in the house and remain connected, i find it very useful!
Guest jason76 Posted March 3, 2005 Report Posted March 3, 2005 i find radio over bluetooth in the garden quite cool especially some U.S and OZ. stations.. might wait till it's a bit warmer though. :D
