Resolve Items

I deleted some e-mails off my pc via mailwasher but was connected via active sync (which I have done many times)

now I have 1 unresolved item in my Inbox but I can't seem to find what the problem is. I have changed the settings to change on device and PC and vice versa but nothing happens. It may not be causing any damage but it is annoying to say the least, anybody know how I can resolve the problem

(please don't tell me I have to hard reset)

Had the same thing....seemed I still had a mail message in my Deleted Items folder on my phone. After clearing this folder, all was OK again.

tried to delete all files in inbox but still the same message

to resolve the problems with my inbox in activesync I have tried everthing to get it resolved but nothing happened so I removed active sync and reloaded but instead of asking sync to use my pc settings, I chose phone settings and this seems to get rid of any conflicts between the two devices, i hope this will help some of you out if you experience the same thing.
