Guest p1tse Posted March 2, 2005 Report Posted March 2, 2005 hi i see some people have mentioned VPa/x or something. is this Vodafone equivalent to the XDA IIs, M2000, MDA III? how come the largest network provider don't have one? does anyone have any info regarding this? thanks
Guest Pondrew Posted March 2, 2005 Report Posted March 2, 2005 In answer to your first question, yes. More info? No sorry. Not even sure if it's on general release in the UK...
Guest p1tse Posted March 7, 2005 Report Posted March 7, 2005 just seen a vpx on ebay should i wait for this or get a m2000 (and unlock and add the vodafone cab)?
Guest fraser Posted March 7, 2005 Report Posted March 7, 2005 Sigh. They are all the same. Just different settings. And even if you get the vodaphone one, you'll still likely need to set it up yourself. You do realise you've spent more time and effort worrying about this than the five minutes it actually takes to set up GPRS? :D
Guest p1tse Posted March 7, 2005 Report Posted March 7, 2005 yeah have realised. was about to get a nearly new m2000 today, but decided against for a few reasons, plus the fact warranty is not transferable between the original owner
Guest dougweller Posted March 11, 2005 Report Posted March 11, 2005 I've had a VPx (and a colleague has also had one) since the beginning of February. Great device. Doug
