i bought 2 mpx 200 on ebay unlocked im with att,when i hard reset or flash the mpx 200 do i lose the unlock??

No, SIM-unlock is unaffected.

you don't loose network unlock, but you may need to do application unlock again (AT&T, WM2002) if you do a hard reset. but if you flash it to WM2003 then you loose nothing.
