how do yu get .hme themes to work on mpx220?

can some pleaseee help me get .hme themes to work on my motorola mpx220?

it has microsoft windows 2003 second edition

Using Activsync place the cab or hme file in the following location

Storage\Windows\Start Menu\Accessories then on the phone go to

Accessories and run the file you have just placed there.
