Spv C500 gmail walkthru

hi guys im trying to setup gmail to be sent and received on my c500 im either too stupid or to tired to work out how you do it if someone can make a complete set-up guide for it i would appreciate the help i think many others would be greatful as its not the simplest thing to do.

A quick google turned up this [1]- Works well for me. Seems the key is adding the port numbers.
