Duration of vibration?

Hi all :D

I was wondering if there were any options to change how long my C500 should vibrate when a call or message is recieved? I think the standart 2 secs is too long. Anything one could change in the registry perhaps?

You can edit the registry HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\SoundCategories\Notifications

Click on Values and select Script

Now for example change the Value Data to v1w1v1w1v1

This will change your vibrate notifications to vibrate 1 sec wait 1 sec Vibrate 1 sec etc but keep your incoming call vibrate unchanged.

Hi there,

i searched and found this. I have changed my registry so it shows the v1w1v1, how i want it, but my SMS now doesnt play the WAV i got assigned to it.

Is there a reason for this, or am i doing something wrong?

Check the settings of the profile you are using it may be set to vibrate only.
