Well , I thought it might be better to share my experience , so that others will not get in same well that i felt :x About 6 weeks ago i sent my Imate SP3 to dubai (trough my retailer in iran ) My compliments were : Dust isuue ( my main problem ) Tss sound Rom software ( to be updated )cause some imate programs were deleted . Camera wasent focused on right side (left side focused perfecly) Well Before i decide to send it , i contacted Clubimate`s support and they said that specifically dust issue willl be repaired & it will take 5 WORKING DAYS !! OK , i can live with it , here we go ! Well... I send it ( thankfully my retailer gave me a reserve phone-pantech !- for the duration of repair . weeks go & go and i graduately get angry and angrier :evil: about a work that shouldnt take more than a few minutes ..... 5 Weeks later ..... Well today they called me that my phone is ready , at first i cant beleive my ears ;) . I go and get my phone & .... And here is sad part :D : 1.The phone is cleaned ( cover not replaced ) and IT HAS THE DUST ALREADY !!! a few particles on top-left corner. :x :x :x 2.TSS sound is there as bad as ever 3.They havent even flashed it with 1.5.11.33 rom that has been released for weeks .Obviously they havent touched the SW side at all 4.I see a few(altough not a deal ) scratches of cover ! Well , now it has been a week & My screen is gathering dust faster than before .However I can not afford another 5 week period for nothing . Just be warned that what quality costumer support you are dealing with ! good luck :D
