Not sure if the message is actually being sent twice or not tho, I'll have to test it out. Did you have any luck finding a solution to this problem? Sam Edited April 21, 2005 by shardy

It never closes the inbox and does something weird. from memory (i deleted it since) you need to go into close options in pocket plus then somewhere in there make the inbox an exception. Cant remember to much but wasnt that hard

Guest andrewleith1 Posted July 8, 2005 Report Posted July 8, 2005 i have the same problem, i also have pocket plus. i tried to add the sms program to the exceptions list, however im unsure where its located. ??????? i called O2 about it and the guy said he has refunded the money (£20 over my fee text limit)

Pocket plus will close all apps when you click on the 'x' instead of windows default 'minimise, because of this, windows sends the sms, then when you re open the inbox, pocket plus sends it again... thats kinda what happens i think. but best bet, don't close inbox untill its sent
Guest justsomeoneelseagain Posted July 9, 2005 Report Posted July 9, 2005 hello all, er... not sure if i'm doing something differently to you lot, but i have spb pocket plus and i send many text messages each day. i've never experienced multiple sending nor multiple receiving of message reports. the ONLY problem i had, which has now been fixed, was with the words don't, can't, won't etc.

I have found the screen that allows you to exclude programs from the list that are closed rather than minimised when clicking the 'x' - But what 'program' sends SMS's? - Anyone got any ideas? I can't see it on the list. Cheers Edited August 11, 2005 by MJF120
Guest MJF120 Posted August 15, 2005 Report Posted August 15, 2005 The program is tmail.exe <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Thanks. Its a shame Orange couldn't work this out - and weren't interested in the solution when I told them I had found one.
