Disk Cleaner for Smartphone 2002

Hi, is there ny software with which you can clean up the unwanted files on the Smartphone 2002 so as to free up space on it??? please help... i had tried installing some softwares on the phone they didnt install n the files were left behind now these files are sucking up big space i guess abt 3 mb....

i would hard reset, then in future install everyhting to the sd card.
