Cell Information Software for Smartphone [MPx 200]

Has anyone delveloped some form of Cell Information software for Windows Mobile, as in the kind of program that would give you information on the cell your phone is connected to? I have heard that orange doesn't support it but I have my MPx200 unlocked and I am now on Vodaphone UK.
