Guest Wozbacca Posted March 7, 2005 Report Posted March 7, 2005 if you press the windows button, and go to programs, then it displays all the programs installed on the device. wicked, but... if you then try and use the dpad rather than the stylus if you press "down" on the dpad i'd expect it to move the cursor down onto the icon below, but infact it has the same effect as if you click "left" it seems to work it in a linear fasion rather than a up/down left/right method. which means finding an ap at e.g. the sixth ling of programs means pressing "down" 18 times rather than just 6. is there a registry hack for sorting this? has anyone else been bothered by it?
Guest fraser Posted March 7, 2005 Report Posted March 7, 2005 It bothers me, but I've gotten used to the fact that you can't really do much with the buttons alone. I've gotten quite good at using the screen with my finger nails for when getting the stylus out would be awkward.
