Hi to all on here, my friends keep sending me mp3 & V/clips to my phone, the message i get on my phone is, do you what to save this file on your phone, i press yes, but can never find them on phone, where am i going wrong :D

I think it will save it in \Storage\Application Data\Volatile

You would need to use File Manager to copy the files elsewhere as as the Volatile directory is erased when the phone is re-booted.

tryed again just now can save jpeg,mp3, but can not save mp4 any tips plz :cry:

What happens when you try to save them?

They could be in the wrong format but also check the My Documents folder as they could be saved there.

Hi there, My phone asked do i want to save mp4 to my phone, i press yes, they get sent to me from a c500 will the format be the same? if not what should i do
