SPV resets itself

Twice now my SPV Original has re-set itself when turned off. ( i.e. I have to redo app unlock and all changes I have made to the programs listings are reset.)

Anyone had this happen and know why?

its a known issue, with many causes, it often happens if you install lots of programs at the same time without restarting / giving phone time to settle.

after a partial reset you should do a full hard reset, that way you wont be left with random files on the phone.
