ActiveSync does not sync calendar

Until recently, Calendar, Messages and Contacts were syncing fine with

Exchange 2003 (SBS configuration). Now only Messages and Contacts are

syncing, while Calendar is no more. As a matter of fact, calendar syncing

process starts and finishes, but calendar on the phone is empty. Syncing the

calendar with the local PC does work however. Exchange SP1 has been

installed recently, but I'm not sure if this upgrade trigerred the problem.

I've seen several threads with this issue reported, but I could not find any

fix. Many things have been tried with no succes so far (hard reset, syncing to another account that was never used before, removing and installing again ActiveSync 3.7.1 or 3.8 ).

Phone is Orange SPV500 (Smartphone 2003 Edition 2)
