how to make a two-row icon bar for my mpx200?

i want a 2-row-icon-bar but i couldn't find out how to code this into an .xml or .home file.i observed codes of some xml files but i was no good.

i searched all the homescreen on modaco but there isn't anything like the one i want.so wats the solution?
