Guest cseilern Posted January 16, 2003 Report Posted January 16, 2003 I have read reports of compatibility between xda and spv accessories, though none of them were very clear about which are and which are not compatible with the spv. However, i have seen an xda compatible sync + charge cable that uses no power adapter (-you can buy it at expansys.co.uk http://www.expansys.com/product.asp?code=XDA-DC) - which would be ideal for travel wherever there is a usb equipped computer. Anyone using this? if yes what happens when sonnecting the spv via usb to a pc with no activesync or with activesync configured for another pocketpc/spv?

Guest Kallisti Posted January 16, 2003 Report Posted January 16, 2003 I am SOOO tempted to buy the GPS receiver. Wonder if there's an SDK available etc...?
Guest Paul [MVP] Posted January 16, 2003 Report Posted January 16, 2003 Which one? All GPS receivers support a text based NMEA protocol, a piece of cake to work with! P
Guest NXNM Posted January 16, 2003 Report Posted January 16, 2003 That is the one most important thing i want as an addon at the moment. I would like the software developer to do it for the Aviation community too, there are lots of customers in my business that would use it, particularly in light aviation, microligting and handgliding where wieght and sometimes cost can be an issue.
