It's ok.. It works through your radio receiver.

the link you gave features a axpensive one. I bought one a while back for 10 euro's... and I've heard of cheaper.

let me put it this way. for the money your spend on one of these things.... It's pretty cool. it does the trick though not without problems. you should keep it a bit closer to your mouth or you have to raise your voice when you speak. seeing as this works through your regular microphone and no settings are changed that the mic works just like it would when you hold it to your ear. hope you have the info you wan't now.
