Problem when synchronizing

Hi,

When I am synchronizing my contacts from my Mpx220 with Outlook 2003, sometimes in the Mpx220 the custom ring tones has disappeared and the assigned default number is changed.

Anyone else has encountered the same problem?

In Activesync on the PC check the rules for syncing as Outlook maybe updating the phone and not the PC.
