Theme with Oxios & BatteryPack

Hi guys!

I am interested in making a theme including Oxios plugin and BatteryPack.

Do you think is it possible do it?

I've just do it.

But I have a little problem.

In the homescreen i can see the red exclamation mark of Oxios,but if i create a new task nothing appear...

I attach a screenshot and the XML.

Anyone can help me ?
