Is there a TomTom Mobile Software Trial?

I am really thinking about getting TomTom Mobile, but like most things I want to try it before I buy. My friend has a BT GPS reciever, so I want to know if there is such a thing as a software trial version to try, with like a 7 day trial.

I have a spv c500, so I know there is issues with TomTom until version 5 comes out.

TT Mobile works fine on my C500 (are there issues? I don't know of any for myself)

But, No, there is no trial version - largely because they only sell the package with a GPS unit

There are no issues with the c500 and TomTomMobile this was addressed when the traffic update became available.
