Guest threeclaws Posted March 11, 2005 Report Posted March 11, 2005 Is there any reason Tmo would/could do something to disable internet access on a SIM? Here's the sitiuation, I have a SMT5600 and a T610 both with Tmo. Now the SIM that is in the T610 I can gain access to T-zones and if I put that SIM into my SMT5600 I can also access T-zones and the GPRS indicator is active in the top bar. Now with the SIM that is in my SMT5600 everything is the opposite, in other words I can't access T-zones on either phone. Here's the kicker the SIM that is in the SMT5600 is supposed to be activated with the T-zones plan but of course does not work, the T610 SIM while it is not active it can access it to the point where it says 'T-zones not activated on this phone' So what is my problem? Is it user error or is there something I need to have done on Tmo's end? I apologize in advance if this is the wrong forum to be putting this.
