Guest Disco Stu Posted March 11, 2005 Report Posted March 11, 2005 Welcome to the forum :D I'm no technician but I think I'm pretty safe in saying that there's no way. The good news is that the price of the wonderful SPV C500 is tumbling to silly levels now so you should really think about getting yourself one :D
Guest markgamber Posted March 11, 2005 Report Posted March 11, 2005 (edited) Welcome to the forumĀ :D I'm no technician but I think I'm pretty safe in saying that there's no way. The good news is that the price of the wonderful SPV C500 is tumbling to silly levels now so you should really think about getting yourself oneĀ :D <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I am a technician (well, an engineer, really) and you were absolutely safe in saying that there's no way. It's all completely different stuff to the point I doubt there's a flash app that would let you do it and if there is, I doubt the phone would recognize it. I side with Disco Stu...I saw an E200 for sale here for 50 GPB and the C500 has fallen to affordable levels. Sell what you have, put it toward a smartphone and you won't regret it. Guest awarner [MVP] Posted March 11, 2005 Report Posted March 11, 2005 Yep each OS is hardware specific so if you did manage to somehow flash the phone it would be a nice paperweight at the end of it :D
