Another Application Unlock.. please help...

Hi,

I've unlocked my phone using the Orange SPV Dev site, and i get the "Your handset has had its certificate disabled" message on my phone... but! it still isn't unlocked :(

I have a Orange SPV C500, ROM Version 4.1.1.4 and i am using a direct internet acess thing with my pc using a USB cable.

Please help, i've tried about 10 times so far, using the Orange site.

Why do think it's not unlocked ?

If you receive the message on the phone then it's usually unlcoked.

BTW the developers site is for application unlocking, NOT SIM unlocking.

i know that.

Also i know its not unlocked because the Orange Register Program reads Lock: Running.

I'm right in thinking its still on yea?

maybe not... try installing programs and see if they install ok!

I haven't heard of PocketRAR. It sounds like a Pocket PC application which might be the reason it's giving you the error on install.

Try to install the demo version of Smartfilter. You can download it from here.

It would not install with the phone still locked. If it installs, it is unlocked.
