C500 & TomTom mobile

I have TomTom m obile installed on my C500. Everytime I exit TomTom it wipes all my favourites data. This can't be right surely. Anyone else found this.

I'm using the exit comand within the program, if I don't the backlight stays on. :cry:

I'm using tomtom mobile 4 and i have no problems with the favourites missing. Perhaps there is a bug with your software. Otherwise, there may be a conflict with other softwares (reset??).

Yup..

I had this one.. You'll need to go into the file manager and check that none of the files in the tomtom folders have read-only permissions enabled. Took me about 5 minutes to go through every TomTom file on my phone and it works a charm now.
