First time hard-reseeting my phone

For MPX200 / MPx220

1. Turn off the SPV

2. Hold the action button and power button

3. Press Left softkey select "YES" to Hard Reset

Hi, i got the steps from the sticky, but i have no idea what step (1) is???

I tried step 2 and all it does is turn it off. hahah i'm such an idiot!!

Help please? How to turn off SPV?

To turn the MPx200 off (I assume same for 220) press and hold the silver buttom on the left side of the phone.

Step 2 is admittedly tricky and may take a couple of goes to get the timing right. Press the blue action button and, keeping it held down, press the silver power button.

You'll get the hang of it :D

ok i've been trying and trynig...but i still cna't get it to work!!

i need a hard reset!!

What happens actualy after u've hard reset? TUrn it on and it'll be back to factory state?

The phone will be back to the state it was in when it first came out of the box
