C500 and Navman 4420 GPS Reciever

Hi Guys,

I have borrowed a friend Navman 4420 BT receiver that I am having trouble with. At the moment al I want to do is pair it up so that I can try out CameraAware and other trial GPS software. Now when I look for devices it finds it ok (called NAVMAN GPS ONE). I put in the code, and says it is all good - BUT on the GPS receiver it is still flashing the "not connected" flash. Am I doing anythig wrong? Should this work? Please help!!!

I have tried the comport thing aswell.

Well not sure if this wil work for you but I had the same problem with my Nemerix-gps. No matter what I did, it did not connect while being detected. I just turned the bluetooth on on my phone and turned the gps on and after two hours or so, the connection worked fine! Since then it connects within 30 secs. My phone's a 8020. It seems the phone (or the gps) needs to "get used to" the other device.
