Deleting t9 saved words, which file to delete?

My c500 has saved some really ridiculous things which i typed as one-off things, and are prioritizing them wrongly. has anyone come up with a solution to this? the last i heard the entire saved words library had to be deleted.

if so, which file do i delete, and where do i find it.
