Guest chris_jon Posted March 15, 2005 Report Posted March 15, 2005 Tried to connect to IM Saturday and it failed, so I thought it was just a MS thing. Today, I tried to connect to IM and then to sync with my server at the office. Last but not least, I tried to hit a website. Just as I thought, no internet. I spoke to a rep who said he had to send a software update to my phone and I should wait 2-3 hours and it will start working. Anyone else in the states experience this?

I wonder if you got new firmware from Cingular :D BTW I'm in the Mid-Atlantic Region. MadSci

Internet access is working again. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Interesting....I'm out in San Diego, didn't have any problems....I wonder what they sent you...or were they just talking out of their asses. That has been known to happen a lot.
