Help with Agile Messenger on my SMT5600

When i try to connect to Agile Messenger on my Audiovox SMT 5600 i get the error 'Failed to connect using your wap connection, you need full tcp/ip internet in order to use this agile messenger'. I am a Cingular subscriber with a MEdia net unlimited package and i am able to fully browse the web/access my email. What tcp/ip settings is Agile looking for and how can i find them? Thanks in advance for the help.
