DVD To Smartphone problem

I've got DVD to Smartphone and until a few days ago it was working fine. But now when I try to use it the error message comes up

"Runtime Error '-2147417848 (80010108)': Automation Error The object has been disconnected from its clients. "

and then it shuts down...

What does this mean? I've run Spybot, Adaware just in case but no difference. Any ideas?
