Guest schmeegle Posted March 16, 2005 Report Posted March 16, 2005 Hi, I've noticed that when I enter something as an all day event in Outlook, it won't show up if I'm just browsing through my calender. Appointments etc show with a little triangle so it's easy to spot those, but there's no indication of an all day event. Is the only way round this to put everything in outlook as an appointment? Or is there some way to mark an all day event on the calender? Hope this is clear C500 by the way
Guest Drewtech Posted March 16, 2005 Report Posted March 16, 2005 It should show as a hollow square. If you have appointments in the morning then this is a filled triangle making up the top-left half of the square. Afternoon appointsments are the opposite filled triangle. So a day with morning and afternoon appointments shows a filled square and you won't be able to see all day appointments for that day.

It wasn't showing anything at all if there was just an all day event on there. However (feel free to call me numbnuts) I had the time filled in as free, rather than busy. Changed it to busy and I have my hollow square. Thanks again.
Guest Drewtech Posted March 16, 2005 Report Posted March 16, 2005 I must admit, I didn't think about that one either.
