C500 huge problems

I have looked through the forums for a similar problem to mine but have found nothing. Hope someone can help me. I have a C500 and use bluetooth everyday. I can send and receive files between my phone and my PC with no problems. I can also send files to other phones with 100% send rate. But I can never receive files from other phones, the other phones always say that they have connected and then say that the sending has failed. My phone just sits there not even showing anyone trying to connect to me. I hope someone can help as I love my phone but really want to get rid of it everytime someone trys to send me a file.

thats crazy, i thought that was only for the IR. Why microsoft didn't list blutooth in that box i will never know. Any hows it worked I am now 100% happy with my phone as it really dose kick ass. Thank you so much dude, Its nice to know there are people out there who know what the hell is going on.
