Displaying old GSM provider name

I am using an Orange branded SPV E200, it is running on version 2.7.5.1 (Orange UK). I installed a T-Mobile card in it and it displays BEN as the networkprovider. This is an old name from a non operational provider (they where bought by T-Mobile). Where are networknames (GSM providers) stored and can they be updated?

You could go to customcabbage.co.uk and change it to whatever you like.

Mine says Leeds4Ever for example 8)
