Thank you! that worked, however, when I send the message my recipient receives a message that says they received a picture message but they have to go to t-mobile.com to retrive it.

How come they just can't view the picture on their phone?

I'm sending from SMT5600 --> Samsung E315 , both MMS capable.

Where do I have to input the settings. I don't know where to go in my phone. I have been looking and I couldn't find it.

It could be detecting a compatibility issue. What size and format is the picture ?

Try asking them to send you an MMS message and then try forwarding the same message back to them.
